จ่ายชำระเงินแล้วใส่ปีผิด ลบไม่ได้

ทำการบันทึกรายการจ่ายชำระเงิน แล้วใส่ปีในใบสำคัญจ่ายผิด ทำให้ไม่สามารถแก้ไขหรือลบรายการใบสำคัญจ่ายนั้นได้จะต้องทำอย่างไร

วีธีการแก้ไข ก่อนจะทำการแก้ไขให้ทำการสำรองแฟ้มข้อมูลก่อนแล้วจึงจะทำการแก้ไข

1. เข้าเมนุ other ลบแก้ไขรายการบันทึก บันทึกรายการชำระเงิน
2. คลิกที่ใบสำคัญจ่ายนั้นให้เป็นแถบสีก่อน แล้วกด alt + f9 ใส่ คำสั่ง DL01 เพื่อทำการลบรายการใบสำคัญจ่ายนั้นออก
3. เข้า other ลบแก้ไขรายการบันทึก รายการบันทึกประจำวัน คลิกที่ใบกำกับที่จะตัดชำระ กด alt+f5 ใส่คำสั่ง ED01
4. ทำการลบยอดที่จ่ายชำระในช่องจ่ายชำระแล้ว
5. ทำการตัดจ่ายชำระใหม่

รบกวนนิดนุงนะค่ะ ลองทำตามที่แนะนำแล้ว แต่ไม่เห็นจะมีที่ให้ป้อนคำสั่ง DL01 เลยค่ะ มีแต่ให้ทำเช็คสั่งจ่าย..มีวิธีการอื่นมั้ยค่ะ
