พิมพ์ใบสั่งซื้อ เป็นไฟล์ PDF ไม่ได้

จะพิมพ์ใบสั่งซื้อเพื่อส่งเป็น Email ให้ลูกค้า ปกติพิมพ์รายงานเป็นไฟล์ PDF (Adobe Acrobat Pro) ได้ แต่พอสั่งพิมพ์ใบสั่งซื้อเป็นไฟล์ PDF กลับได้เป็น Txt ไฟล์แทน และไม่สามารถอ่านได้ เพราะเป็นเหมือนโค๊ดอะไรบางอย่างที่ไม่เข้าใจครับ ไม่รู้มีวิธีแก้ไขหรือเปล่าครับ

แต่ถ้าพิมพ์ออกทางเครื่องพริ้นเตอร์ ก็ปกติดีครับ

เป็น Standard อยู่แล้วครับ ไม่เคยใช้งาน PO เพราะส่วนใหญ่ติดต่อกับผู้ขายเล็ก ๆ แต่พอติดต่อซื้อของกับบริษัทใหญ่ ๆ เขาต้องแนบ PO เป็นหลักฐานเลยลองใช้งาน ไม่แน่ใจเหมือนกันว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร ใช้พิมพ์รายงานซื้อ-ขาย งบการเงิน ฯลฯ ก็ใช้งานได้ แต่งงว่าใช้พิมพ์ใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) กลับไม่ได้ เคยมีปัญหากับบางเว็บไซด์เหมือนกัน ที่ลงบทความน่าสนใจ จะพิมพ์หน้าจอเก็บไว้อ่านเล่น Offline ก็มีปัญหาเหมือนกัน (เป็นเฉพาะบางเว็บ) อาจติดปัญหาลิขสิทธิ์ก็เป็นได้ แต่นี้สร้างฟอร์มบน Excel แล้วสั่งพิมพ์ PDF ไปเรียบร้อยแล้วครับ ขอบคุณครับ

เนื่องจากผมไม่ได้พิมพ์เอกสารเป็น PDF แต่เท่าที่สอบถามก็ไม่พบปัญหาใดๆ สามารถพิมพ์ได้ตามปกติ

แต่เป็นไปได้ว่าเกิดจากปัญหาลิขสิทธิ์จากฟอนต์ DSP_MonTaNa ซึ่งคุณ picpor อาจจะนำมาใช้ในการออกแบบใบกำกับเอง ลองดูที่ออกแบบใบกำกับว่ามีการใช้ฟอนต์นี้หรือเปล่าครับ (เช่น ในส่วนหัวใบกำกับ โลโก ฯลฯ เป็นต้น) ถ้ามีก็เปลี่ยนเป็นฟอนต์อื่นแล้วลองพิมพ์อีกครั้งครับ

เป็นที่ Font ในส่วนชือผู้ประกอบการจริง ๆ ด้วยครับ พอเปลี่ยนกลับมาใช้ของเดิม ก็พิมพ์ PDF ได้เลย
