วิธีการ Add a printer แบบ Network ให้พิมพ์กับ EASY-ACC Accounting System และ Payroll
วิธีการทำ
1.ให้ตรวจสอบชื่อเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ติดตั้งเครื่องพิมพ์ โดยให้มาคลิกขวาที่ My Computer เลือก Properties
2.ให้มาดูที่หัวข้อ Computer Name ตรง Full computer name ว่าเป็นชื่อเครื่องว่าอะไร เพราะต้องใช้ในการแอดว่าจะอ่านเครื่องพิมพ์จากเครื่องนี้ตัวอย่างเป็นชื่อ "bsoft403xp" ให้จดไว้ แล้วไม่ต้องทำอะไร ให้คลิก Cancel ออกมาได้เลย
5.จะปรากฎหน้าจอดังรูป ให้ติ๊กที่ Share this printer ตรง Share name ให้ใส่ชื่อไว้สำหรับการแชร์เครื่องพิมพ์ ตัวอย่าง "EpsonLQ1170" ให้จดไว้ด้วย เสร็จแล้วคลิก OK
10.เสร็จแล้วให้ Add เครื่องพิมพ์จากเครื่อง Client โดยให้ Add a printer
11.จะขึ้นหน้าต่างดังรูป ให้คลิก Next >
12.ให้เลือก A network printer, or a printer... แล้วคลิก Next>
13.ให้เลือก Connect to this printer(or to browse for a printer, ...... แล้วพิมพ์ข้อความลงในช่อง Name: (ตัวอย่าง) \\Bsoft403xp\EpsonLQ1170 แล้วคลิก Next>
14.จะมีข้อความว่า Do you want to use this printer as the default printer? คุณต้องการ Set ไว้เป็นเครื่องพิมพ์เริ่มต้นหรือไม่ ให้เลือกตามต้องการ แล้วคลิก Next>
15.เสร็จแล้วก็กด Finish
16.ลองเรียกเข้าโปรแกรมแล้วลองสั่งพิมพ์ดูอีกครั้ง
