อัพเกรดจาก dos เป็น windows แล้ว เจอปัญหา print ลงฟอร์มเดิมไม่ตรงครับ แก้อย่างไร
อัพเกรดจาก dos เป็น windows แล้ว เจอปัญหา print ลงฟอร์มเดิมไม่ตรงครับ แก้อย่างไร
คือปกติจะใช้ฟอร์มสำเร็จรูป ดังภาพครับ คือถ้า print จาก dos จะลงฟอร์มได้พอดี แต่พอมา print บน windows มันไม่ตรงฟอร์มนะครับ ทั้งๆ ที่ใช้เมนูเดียวกัน
ปล. ผมได้เปลี่ยน custom tempate เป็น Template_Dot_9x11 แล้วนะครับ
ต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรดีครับ

เนื่องจากเครื่องพิมพ์แต่ละรุ่นจะมีการ set ค่า Top of Form (TOF) แตกต่างกัน ในส่วนของโปรแกรมที่ทำการตั้งค่าจะใช้เครื่องพิมพ์ LQ300 ถ้าสังเกตุจากตัวอย่างที่ส่งมา เครื่องพิมพ์ที่คุณใช้งานจะมีการ Feed กระดาษเริ่มต้นมากกว่าปกติ อาจจะต้องมีการปรับตั้งฟอร์ม ลองดูวิธีการปรับแก้ไขฟอร์มตามคลิปนี้ครับ
